@Riot Annie's Molten Shield should also be cast on Tibbers when used (if summoned)

If Riot sees this and buff's Tibbers. *1 month later* " Garen: Alright guys so we needs a mid, tank and ---" "Annie IM MID IM MID IM MID" " Garen: Alright so we have tank and mid, now we just need adc and support." But seriously yea imma real annie player and i believe this sudgestion. Not a tibbers buff by too much, but while we're at it, can tibbers slow eneimies even for a little? Cause Annie's escaping skill is horrible. But i should'nt even ask for this cause her burst is really good enough.

If anything you want Tibbers to die as fast as possible because the cooldown doesn't start ticking until he dies. Unless you use him as a tank of course.

I thought so too for a while until I realized it was untrue. The cooldown starts, it's just that we can't see it
