Auto-attack reset, every third skill use gives her an enhanced auto-attack, enough spammability to "justify" Trinity Force like Corki/Ezreal, auras that are just as strong with an AD Carry build as they are on the traditional support build, movespeed steroid, the ability to kite easily, a decent auto-attack animation, and a teamfight-changing ultimate that provides the team with much-needed hard CC.
On paper it doesn't sound too bad, and it works in pubstomp soloqueue games. The biggest problem is that she's one of the squishiest champions in the game and building her as a traditional AD Carry isn't going to change that, especially if a Phage is your only real survivability.
Of course, if you're going with a Pentakill team it's all about having fun, so who cares.
