How to get "Unskilled Players" banned

Give them Honor points.

You don't think it's suspicious when a player loses every single game he is in after Honor was launched with scores like 0-18 every single game? He was Honored by a few players but was reported so often that it flagged multiple systems and that's why he was banned.
Since players who are "unskilled" usually never get banned even though they go 0-20 in game and because tribunal always pardons them if you report these "unskilled" players for intentional feeding, the only way to get them banned is to give them honor points and report them at the same time.

This will flag them on multiple systems and get them banned without the need for tribunal.

I Report them for intentional feed. Its sad that even when ur "trying" ur score supports what i reported you for.

But i'll be trying this

One thing I enjoy about the forums are these kinds of threads.
Step 1: Identify a situation where someone who REALLY needed a ban got one.
Step 2: Create a hypothetical in which someone is banned and doesn't deserve it, but where the logic is a perversion of the original ban.
Step 3: Profit from forum outrage over a ban that we'd never do, and which hasn't actually happened.
