How do I deal with Orianna's harass?

It's easy to outplay an Orianna who uses her ball to harass you. The true horror is a good Orianna player who zones you with her ball rather than abuses you with it and simply autoattacks you to 0 health.

It makes getting CS as Katarina, Evelynn, Mordekaiser or similar simply impossible.
