Go on LoLking > search up enemy's best champions, or ones that are most recently played > ban them out. :/

Its sort of silly, but it matters in high elo play. Some people are well known for certain champs, and those champs would get banned as a troll. Not really a pressing concern i guess.

I believe Lyte said in his Honor Thread that if people beg for honor you can report them for spamming and they will take care of him.

Those are called Crests of Honor. It's possible to 'lose' them if you do not continue to be Honorable. The reason it does not take 100 or more Honor to unlock the Crests is because it's actually difficult to keep them. You have to continue to be Honorable game after game to stay a pillar of our community.
