Give us a Hylek champion. I am hoping for them to be a playable race in a future expansion, and also hopefully to be a champion sometime in the future.

I would imagine he would be a Tanky Support champion.

Ability Ideas:
Passive: Poisons and/or slows enemies who touch him
Q: For a certain period of time, movement commands are now hops
W: Croak that buffs allies and debuffs enemies
E: Swampify an area for bonuses to allies and debuffs enemies
R: Whips tongue paralyzing all who get hit by it, applying passive poison
