I know you are the eCommerce Director, but maybe that can apply to the Riot physical merchandise store.
Alot of us would like to know if there are any plans for us to be able to buy Teemo hats, Blitzcrank Hoodies and the like of which was sold as the world championships in the future?

Figurines or even somewhat articulated champion figures would be a dream come true. HEck, full action figures. Why the heck not?

What about when the new splash art is not as good as the old? I have to say, the new Lux splash art makes her look like she is on her knees looking up at you. Straight out of a porn movie..... Plus the new Miss Fortune splash art makes it look like she is made out of plastic. The sheen has got to go!

So, there are a lot of really big skin idea threads floating around the forums, Dragon Master Swain and Teen Annie to name a couple. Obviously, making any skin requires a good period of development which costs you guys money, and if not enough people buy these skins that puts you in the hole for a bit.
SUGGESTION!@

Would it be feasible to, in a way similar to Kickstarter, allow people to donate towards a select few of these ideas? I know some people are so dedicated to them they would donate far more than the skin would eventually be priced at just to see it released. You could also, similarly to the Kickstarter paradigm, give the skin to people who donated its projected worth or more.

Any chance you will open up more forum's with fun games giving summoners the opportunity to play with rioters? I know i would love to play with one and im sure it would encourage more summoners to get on the forums and browse the leauge of legends website.

I've been wanting to change my summoner name for a long time now, but the name i want is used by a summoner who played 3 games in 2011. Any news on that Summoner Name Change sale, Hippalus?

Why have the following skins been unoficially black listed and never been put on sale?

■ Jan. 10th, 2012: Dragonblade Talon (975 RP), Guqin Sona (975 RP), Jade Dragon Wukong (975 RP), Dragon Fist Lee Sin (975 RP).
■ Feb. 14th, 2012: Heartseeker Vayne (975 RP).
■ Mar. 20th, 2012: Wicked Lulu (975 RP).
■ Mar. 23rd, 2012: Jurassic Kog'Maw (975 RP).
■ Apr. 1st, 2012: Fisherman Fizz (975 RP).
■ Apr. 2nd, 2012: Mafia Graves (975 RP).
■ Apr. 6th, 2012: Battle Bunny Riven (975 RP).
■ Apr. 18th, 2012: Blood Knight Hecarim (975 RP), Reaper Hecarim (975 RP), Warlord Shen (975 RP).

Seems like an awful long time with never having had a sale since they have been introduced. Is there an official policy to black list some skins? or has this just been a very weird and unfortunate coincidence?

Regarding the refund feature, is there any plan to replenish refund tickets? I understand this will cost Riot to lose money, but I think if it is done in a way to reward people for their support of the game, it may actually benefit the company even financially. For instance, I think it will make sense to give one or two extra refund tickets for each subsequent 300 or 500 bucks spent on the game.
