Sometime during all of the zapping, Mundo has begun laughing in a pseudo-maniacal fashion, sort of losing himself as he jams the cattleprod into the Golem's abdomen firmly, though it doesn't pierce or anything. It's just more firmly pressed into his core. As he comes back to himself, he wipes his brow free of sweat, sliding his tongue back into his mouth. All of the excitement had left his tongue swaying around involuntarily.
Heehee! Mundo see you are impervious to pain. Robots don't feel pain from Mundo's experiments. Makes fun for Mundo! But not good for testing pain theories.
He's torn; on one hand, all of this pain-inflicting torture was fun to perform... though if it didn't help his 'studies' or inflict any pain, it was all sort of for naught, especially if Blitzcrank couldn't feel any of it. That didn't mean he couldn't find another use for the Steam Golem, though. He just didn't know for what. Yet.
Mundo need to think this through more. Back to drawing board!

The point is for Mundo to cause pain, of course! It's good knowledge of Mundo to have. Helps Mundo in other experiments that he does for stopping pain.
Then he pauses, getting a sort of twinkle in his eye.
And it's fun for Mundo!
