Here be a quote from the forum posting of Twisted Treeline's Update forum post.
http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/....php?t=2710118
"Were committed to making Twisted Treeline into the best experience it can be, and have a Design team specifically dedicated to supporting and iterating on the new map. Were not happy until youre happy, so keep your feedback coming!"
If only Riot showed this kind of commitment to Dominion. There's been no such promises or claims made that people are working on Crystal Scar.
Draft queue's are huge. There hasn't been a red post in these forums since.... forever. They made Proving Grounds and they've redone Twisted Treeline but not a word on Dominion since its inception. Devs have subtlety avoided the topic or stated they're "waiting for the community to develop" for awhile now, even as late as some of the interviews after the championships.
Wouldn't it be easier to just announce that there aren't enough enough players to support Dominion (despite the petition still on the forums front page) and call it quits?
Anyone else think Riot is letting Dominion die off as quietly as possible?
