What if we just make an exceptionally hard way to get them in game. For example the new honor system. If you hit some % of friendly or honorable opponent, or whatever you unlock access to the skin. It would have to be damn hard, like nearly impossible because I understand these skins are supposed to have prestige to them, but this would be a way people could get them and stop *****ing about not having access to them and promote being a good summoner
