It's (probably) sfw. Future editions if they happen will likely be less so, depending on feedback.
Luxanna Crownguard walked slowly along the crowded streets of Demacia, with no specific destination in mind, just enjoying the warm rays of the sun shining overhead. Her pale yellow dress flitted around her smooth legs in the light breeze, and Lux sighed contentedly, slowing her pace a little. She looked around her for the first time in a while, taking in where she was, which happened to be a small street just off the main road of Demacia, housing various coffee shops and bakeries, mostly owned by burly men that you could easily imagine as warriors, but for some reason made good bread.
She realised that she'd never actually sampled any of the coffee from the cafes here, so she selected one at random, a pretty little building painted a light, soft brown colour with vibrant flowers decorating the entrance and an upstairs balcony, where some customers were enjoying their coffees and the sunlight, chatting with each other about any number of things. A sign above the entrance announced in bright, cheerful writing that the shop was named Ionian Delights.
Entering the coffee shop, Lux looked for a table to sit at; the place was packed. She was wondering if she should have picked a different shop when she spotted an empty seat on a small table at which sat an attractive, black haired girl in strange clothing, a hood covering most of her head, staring at an empty cup. Lux politely asked if the empty seat was taken, causing the girl to jump and look up in surprise. Close up she was incredibly beautiful, and she had a strange, yet attractive otherworldly look to her, as if she wasn't entirely human. She had full, luscious red lips and her eyes were the same colour as the dress Lux was wearing, a pale yellow, and she had strange marks on her cheeks, like a cat's whiskers.
“You can sit there if you want. It’s not taken.” the girl’s voice was like audible silk, smooth and luxurious, the type of voice you’d hear on a model, which she looked like anyway.
“Thanks! My name’s Luxanna, Lux for short, what’s yours?” Lux slid into the spare seat and leaned her elbows on the table, transfixed by the girl’s beauty.
“I’m Ahri, it’s nice to meet you, Lux... You’re pretty cute, if you don’t mind me saying that.”
Lux flushed red with embarrassment; although she was used to the compliment, people usually didn’t say it so soon after meeting her for the first time.
Still, something about Ahri made Lux want to get to know her better. There was an unfamiliar, light feeling in her chest, and she couldn’t stop smiling, or gazing into Ahri’s yellow eyes, which seemed to be drawing her in. Ahri suddenly blinked and the feeling was gone, though a part of it lingered in Lux, just enough to remind her of that exhilarating sensation.
“I’m sorry for staring, I don’t know what came over me,” Lux blurted out, realising how long she’d been gazing at Ahri “Um, would you like another drink? I noticed you’ve finished yours, and I haven't ordered yet...”
Ahri looked down at her empty cup, then back up at Lux and smiled, which made her heart leap and the light feeling return to her chest. “I’d love one, thank you. A vanilla latte.”
Lux walked to the counter, and as she stood in line she pondered the light feeling in her chest when she looked into Ahri’s eyes, it was almost like her heart was trying to float in air, and she felt she could do anything.
She ordered the coffees, the vanilla latte for Ahri and a flat white for herself, and returned to the table, noticing the top of Ahri’s hood twitching slightly. It seemed she noticed, because the girl leaned over the table and quietly whispered into Lux’s ear, “I can hear the feelings in your heart... I know what you desire.” she kissed Lux softly on the cheek as she withdrew, and smiled alluringly at her.
Lux’s heart leapt and started racing, with the sensation of it being lighter than a feather, as if it wanted to float up out of her body. Her breathing became shallow and her face flushed, just gazing into Ahri’s eyes was pure ecstasy. She didn’t want to look away.
There was a discreet cough nearby, causing Lux to jump a bit, and their coffees were placed on the table by a young man who Lux would probably have thought quite handsome, if she could have looked away from Ahri’s hypnotic eyes.
Ahri picked up her coffee and took a sip, sighing contentedly, and Lux remembered that she had a drink too, she had been so focused on Ahri that she’d forgotten about everything else. Her flat white was delicious, not too sweet and not too bitter, with a lingering aftertaste.
Lux focused on the coffee, wondering what this strange feeling was. Even thinking about Ahri set her heart fluttering... Was this what they called love? Some of her friends had said they’d fallen in love with a boy, only to be with a different one next week. Lux had watched them curiously, and never really believed they were in love, inexperienced as she was.
Now that she really thought about it, none of them had seemed all that interested in their partners at the time, not like Lux was interested in the girl sitting across from her.
They had only just met, but... Could she have already fallen in love with Ahri?
More coming Soon™
Probably. If it comes, the next installment will almost certainly be far less boring than this first part.
