His silence is 1.5 seconds long at best, I believe. It's an unnoticeable amount, ESPECIALLY with Tenacity. His Drain cooldown isn't way too fast, in fact, I think it's right on the mark. In order for me to chain Drains with Fiddlesticks, I needed to push all CDR Seals and Glyphs, get blue buff, and max Drain out immediately. This causes his fear to be weak, which makes him susceptible to ganks, and it causes Darkwind to be something to laugh at. His Drain is a tether. Simply put, P/T from Fizz makes you untargettable to skills that are in the air, such as Annie's Q, LB's Q, and even turret shots. His Drain is an instant click that does continuous damage so long as you're in range of the tether. The tether ALREADY TARGETED YOU. Therefore it's supposed to stay. Get out of range of the tether and you're fine.
Play Fiddlesticks before you cry OP on his kit. He's actually underwhelming in terms of power and fits almost nowhere in the meta. That's why I stopped playing him and started maining Orianna.

Tenacity makes the max rank fear 1.95 seconds long, and it also helps with other CC's. Learn what the **** that 8 letter word is and get some. Fiddles' Terrify does no damage, and without the 3 seconds, his kit is useless and he's a free kill.
