Needs lifting, If you remember Dyrus' Singed in tournaments would spam his emotes and the shout casters did not mind and were even for it.

Disabling voice will disable hearing emotes.

I hardly think ONE CASE really shows "how broken the tribunal can be." Riot never claimed that it was perfect, they said it is pretty accurate, which is true. But with everything, there is ALWAYS exceptions.

Wow, this is just ****ing retarded. Wish I could say that I can't believe people are getting banned for this, but this is what's been coming for a while now. As soon as people started getting banned over "gg noobs," it was only a matter of time.
