Morellos Evil Tome has an active that causes "Grievous wounds" Aka the healing debuff.

It's really the strongest counter to life steal. No support is going to heal you from near death to full off of a few minions, but BT + IE + PD will.

The real irony is that supports are the most likely ones to be building it, and they get to nerf other champs for 8 seconds. It's kind of cathartic, really.

Cuz healing skills create a stagnate sustain battle of attrition which SUCCCCCCCKKKKKKSSSS. Still blame it for ruining good old LoL back when Ashe was mid lane champion.
