So is this lvl 1 Base Range, or after Modifiers? Like will Kog have the potential for 700+ range on the effect and Tristana for whatever she gets? Or will it take into account just the unchanged values?

How does this interact with Twitch's ultimate? Do all the bolts get the same range as his ult? Does it even work AT ALL with the item? Do they hit multiple targets? Do they hit targets based on the area around your first target hit?

Which would be close to impossible with this item, so it's better they have it the way it is.

Question about how this interacts with the new manamune:
-does it get procced at all?
-if it does, do each bolt cost you mana (effectively trippling mana cost of the toggle)?

Does it work if you're attacking a turret or other structure?

Also, would it be possible to make this effect a toggle? I can see some cases where the bolts would be detrimental (attracting tower agro when last hitting under enemy tower when said enemy is nearby, or hitting that galio when his w is active, or accidentally killing that guy that zilean ulted), and would be nice to turn it off in such (admitedly rare) cases.

The only champions that are obscene with raw attack speed I can think off are Xin Zhao and Vayne.

Good thing they don't benefit from it.


Kog'maw, even Teemo will be tough ones though.

Well if that's the case... Could you try making it work with Pix?

Maybe just for a week, I'm sure the novelty of pretty purple bullets everywhere will have worn off by then.

Hurricane + Manamune = Very very very expensive for your mana pool.
