I didn't get the icon, it's been 3 days so I submitted a support ticket and here's what said:
Upon reading this thread http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/...91159#30391159, I've spent 13,000ish RP in the october 1-november 13 timespan. According to a riot employee, Hippalus, I should have my tier 5 icon, the one that requires 10,000 RP spent or purchased in that timespan to acquire. It's been two days, and I really an update on this.

Update:I said

Sorry but you are wrong. My total RP spent from purchase history since october 1st to november 13 is 13,031. The requirement is 10,000 to receive all 5 tiers of rewards, so I have clearly past that. According to Hippalus, I'm supposed to receive all the summoner icon in that promotion. Again, I'll link his post. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/...91159#30391159

Hello,

I've checked your account and was able to verify the same information that was provided in my last response. I see you had a large purchase that was made on 9-07-2012. This purchase would of put you in the right category to receive these icons. However, this purchase was made before the promotion was started. Please let me know if there's still any confusion.

EDIT:Hippalus finally replied, (think he saw this thread) "Hi all,

The team is working hard on getting the Harrowing icons out to players whose RP spending earned them additional icons, but there is a bit of a traffic jam so it could be a few more days, or worst case a couple weeks. It has not been forgotten."

For those who don't understand I worded the title like this so it would get more attention

I have also yet to receive my harrowing icons after spending 1000 rp during october. I doubt it has anything to do with hippalus though.

No idea why it isn't showing up for some people, I got my icons

The icons are not for spending X amount of RP. It's for buying it.

It takes time to hand them out, you just need wait a little before jumping to the conclusion that they ****ed you over.
They've got TONS of stuff to hand out right now, S2 borders, icons, Janna skin, and even some Harrowing stuff still hanging around.

We will start granting rewards with the patch downtime, although it may take a few days for them to show up for every player.

Yea in the same boat i should have the tier 0 and tier 1 icon for spending but still not yet on my client but im willing to give em a week but after a week its a different story.


Hipp where u at give us a explanation at least why the delay!

I think the same, he do a poll of the ward skins and he dont do anything about them, he say khazix skin should be the only 1350 and then we get an other, he promise more bundles and offers and still today an i dont see anyone yet and this now i spend to more than 10000 rp and i dont get any icon yet, if he is gonna make only false promises please riot remove him is better to don't have him.
