40% minimum to 50% didn't help her, because you won't get it that low anyway. The unable to E while snared only helped her because people with bad timing would try to use it to move while snared, so pretty much they only helped bad caitlyn players..
And her ultimate is still really easy to block, but it is much better to use mid-fight I must admit.
Although she will always be one of the worst lategame adc if she has all of her mediocre stats... ~Utility way less than Ashe, ~Range less than Tristana, ~Damage output less than Tristana as well....

The first hit of Peacemaker hurts... you shouldn't use that mid fights. Its great for finishing and can do damage to initiate or poke. It's got good poke range
The traps are hilarious for blocking off objectives and choke points (NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT) And they also can provide escape paths
The Net, fast and smooth dash move
The Ult if you use this mid fight you deserved the death that came after, its a cleanup/catch you out ultimate/harassment tool.. instead of complaining learn how to use it
And her late game? Is bad because she has no steroid? This would make sense IF AND ONLY IF she's the only one fighting in a team fight. She's an ADC so her late game is ridiculous anyway sooo..
Let your team take care of the fancy stuff you just worrying about killing ****
