That's not totally true. It only says "Passive" there, not "unique passive." Though i guess we'll just have to wait and see when it's out.

  • Is the SotD passive half of the total CD, or the current CD?
  • Is Doran's Shield passive going to apply before or after Armor/Ninja Tabi?
  • Does Avarice Blade still give GP/10, or just the TF Passive?
  • Do Muramana and Seraph's Embrace COST the mana that it's based on, or is the active free and only based on the Mana?
  • What are the X and Y based on for Frozen Fist?
  • Do the Wraiths from Wraith Collar detect stealth? Do they check bushes? Is it a targeted effect? Is this item for scouting, or just for the slow? Will the Wraiths separate and seek individual targets?
  • Can we get a picture of the map change listed at the end?
  • Are the Doran's Ring and Blade passives Unique too, or just the Shield?

The boots change may screw with Hecarim's passive a bit. That's probably my only dislike, even though it would be a minimal change.
