This is true. Is very well known mermaids were invented by DotA, so Riot is now risking a serious copyright lawsuit

You think naga siren was an original idea? You need to read more mythology and fantasy.

Pretty much nothing is original anymore. So there's no point in claiming superiority of a predecessor that was also unoriginal.
