Apparently this guy got pardoned

I easily skip 90% of all cases I receive as I can often sympathize with the aggressors. This case, however, I felt deserved at least a warning. Note the first game he calls three different members of the game noobs and complains, antagonizes, and puts down his team with nearly every line of chat he presents. The second game I feel is worse as it is rather similar only with more profanity. The immaturity of the summoner in question is stagnant and epitomizes the exact type of player I try to avoid.

I'd rather have a mature and structured conversation about this particular case than another generalized rant about the tribunal if you wouldn't mind.

Ah yes, this is the case that broke my streak. Not sure how this got pardoned it's an easy punish IMO.

Pfft.... I am on the fence with this one myself, The guy is chatty, and has a very unsupportive method of speaking. I only edge towards punish because I want this guy to relax, but I would feel guilty if this case got him a ban.

I am sure there are other cases, and they might show worse or the same. However, I can't see them. It looks like this guy lucked out, but it doesn't mean the Tribunal is broken.






AND ON THE NOTE..... There is a lot we do not see behind the closed door at Riot. Unless they lie about their numbers, it looks like the system is good. It generates minimal amounts of collateral damage.

My favorite streak enders are the cases with hate words, and other nasty put downs. I have missed them when I gave a pardon(Punish majority), and have caught them when I punished (Pardon Majority).

I don't know how this got pardoned, with strong majority no less. rest assured if this person doesn't change their behavior, a warning/ban is not a long way off.
