A Singed that builds HP without resistances is not that smart. Pure HP doesn't make you a tank, and Singed doesn't get that much armor and MR from his ult. And even if he does build full HP, Vayne will take him down quickly because her true damage scales off of max.

If you're looking for a replacement, there is one: Blade of the Ruined King. It deals a percentage of their current HP in damage. That damage may not be as strong as MBR, but it also gives you lifesteal for half of the damage you deal. Plus it's active is awesome.

Any AP with a dot and Liandry's Torment poops on health stacking...PERIOD!

He is capable of running torment as well! It isn't very well known, also not that useful considering that he doesn't benefit from it's core stats, but he can also build the new elder lizard spirit stone. His poison trail, actually procs as AoE magic damage on it's first tick before it registers the dot...Meaning his trail with the item will add the true damage per tick!

ROFL bloodrazor's never worked vs tanks anyway and why should it? tanks build bunch of MR anyway pretty much negating its damage even xypherous said it was a noob trap item. items to beat tanks will always be % armor and magic pen items.

Ignore Singed, kill everything else. Problem solved.

A good Singed won't let you ignore him.

Even Irelia can't tank 4 people bashing away on her and kill her target, and she can't expect any help from her teammates because Singed's freaking annoying.

Madreds Bloodrazor was a terrible item.

If you were building it to "Counter Singed" you were a terrible player to begin with.
