- Ulti 2- 3s delay.
- W massive damage nerf!
- W heal nerf by 33%.

Seriously Riot. One nerf, maybe two is fine, but this? Why would you put a champion from Tier 1 directly to Tier 6?

2-3s delay on ult means that Rengar doesn't have a get out of jail free card anymore. Seems fair imo.

That was a brilliant technical move that doesn't deserve to be punished. Kog should have ulted on him to reveal him. That as Azubu's error.
