You are lieing. You are only Perma banned after receiving a several time bans without enough time for your warning level to decay. So you must have been banned multiple times and recently or else you behavior ahs not improved at all since your last ban

My best example from one of my first cases:
Darius is getting ALL the kills
at some point he gets mad at his team and start running to towers
he then says
"Lol, I can feed 5 kills and still have be positive while you all are negative on this noob team"

Darius ended 16/8

and he was intentionally feeding, got punished.

Unless your "only ban" (or this perma) was made personally by a rioter, without tribunal intervention, it is not possible to get a permaban with only that on your record.

If he had his card and was simply refusing to post it, then the thread would be pointless, right? We can't actually see what behavior was on the reform card.

How is him having his card and refusing to post it different then him not knowing where the card is? He has been told how to retrieve it. He said he opened a ticket. And yet he still wants to have a discussion about his ban.

Until he does get his card and posts it in this thread, there's not really anything to discuss unless he needs further assistance retrieving his card. But the point is, he's trying to have a debate with us about his ban, and we don't have access to the information we need to have access to in order to come up with any opinion on his ban.

The point of my post was that until he finds his reform card and posts it, there's nothing more to be said in this thread. The OP shouldn't post again until he's linked his reform card.

I'm not saying that the thread should be deleted, locked, move, or anything. I'm not saying the thread shouldn't have been created in the first place.

Look, in the original post, he was asking for his case. He has been giving tips on how to find his case. He hasn't asked for any more advice on how to find his case, yet he's been making posts trying to defend his behavior and explain why he shouldn't be banned.

Not only have we not seen the card to tell him whether we agree with him or tell him he's wrong, even HE apparently hasn't seen his card. If even HE hasn't seen this card, then how can he be making these arguments?

Up to this point, the thread has served its purpose: to assist the original poster in finding out more information about his ban.

If, in the future, the original poster would like to have a discussion, that's fine. But that's a discussion that is impossible to have until the reform card has been posted in the thread. What I'm asking and the point I was making in the post you first quoted by me, is that we need to wait till we see a reform card to have that discussion.

He doesn't feel the ban is deserved-- well, how could he? He hasn't seen his card. And you, me, and anyone else who visits this thread can't even agree/disagree with him, we haven't seen his card either, and we likely haven't played any matches with him.

He claims the ban isn't proving much to him-- well, how can it? He hasn't seen his card, so it's impossible for him to understand what behavior earned him this ban.

He claims he follows the summoner's code--but does he? We don't know. There's no reform card to discuss.

He's accusing the behavior of other players as the cause of his ban--is this accurate? Again, we don't know. There is no reform card.



The original poster, before looking at the reform card himself or posting it in this thread, is trying to have a discussion that's impossible to have without a reform card. That's the point I'm making.

what I AM saying, is: A thread asking for a reform card cannot be useless before he shows a reform card.

A thread that asks a question and has that question conclusively answered is pointless.

You answered his question pretty conclusively, I'd say. The only way the thread should continue after this point is under one of two conditions:

a) The reform card is posted and the topic of the thread is shifted to a discussion of the reform card.

OR

b) The original poster feels his question was not answered conclusively and needs more assistance finding the reform card.

The original poster has not requested any additional assistance in locating his reform card (yet has continued to post), which suggests to me that even in the eyes of the original poster, the question has been conclusively answered.

So what are we left with? You nitpicking my posts and playing semantics games when you know full and well what I mean.

I will admit my formula isn't but he admitted to feeding... If he hadn't done that and been reported for feeding and you looked at the score would you still punish him for it?
