This game is so broken right now it's unbelievable. Why does Pantheon and Garen's E abilities trigger this? It gives too much armor pen and shred and too much attack damage, someone can build just these and own an entire team. I know it's being nerfed but it's not enough.

It's BS really, I've lost nearly every game since the patch because Garen and Pantheon players are building nearly just these. Even one is too strong.

The point of Black Cleaver's rework was to make an AD caster item, which they sorely needed.

Riot also managed to make a bunch of other changes at once, and I'm willing to bet you're still reeling from the number of changes, seeing how the average community member will take between a week to 6 months to start bending to changes instead of complaining about them.

It's true Cleaver should have been Unique on the ArPen passives, but I'm still going to say learn to play.

It needs a unique passive. Should have never been released as it was. For shame, Riot. For shame.

Make CDR and ArPen unique, problem solved...

I don't see why people are complaining about the passive not being unique, it still will only put up to 4 stacks on an enemy player from what I can see but will simply build those stacks faster with a second black cleaver. You would be better off with a last whisper as a second item

Its stupid, OP as hell, need unique at least on the Armor pen. Its stupid that you can get 40% armor pen in 2 hits.

The funny part is the black cleaver is the icon for the Item Discussion forums.
