Yeah. I am skipping those. If I have chat in 1-3 games and they deserve a pardon or punish, I will judge those though. If all 5 are blank I skip. If it is bordeline in the ones with chat, I skip too.

at first i did pardon on those but it wasnt right so i found out at the time it was bugged out after i saw it was wrong because i guess some other people saw the chat but i didnt for some reason

~80% with somewhere around 70 total cases, but I get depressed looking at the 10 or so cases that I was 'wrong' on where they are blatant punishes that somehow got pardoned. I mean, how do you pardon somebody who is calling both their team and the enemy team p*ssies and f*cking idiots and then says he's heading to the enemy team's Nexus in All Chat 6 or so minutes before he loses?

people dont read the whole chat or dont look at all games in a case
