I'm not sure if I'm just way the hell off base but I've gone from 89.2% accuracy down to 87.3% today in the past three (EDIT: My math seems off after thinking about it - 100 cases is 5 days, so we'll say that instead) days, and my wrong decision number's jumped from about 55-60 to 90. After counting, I've got 18 cases in the past 100 wrong - 9 are Minority and within my normal margin of error, but there's 6 Very Fews and 3 Almost No Ones, all of which I Punished instead of Pardoned. I'll link them here with a short description - can anyone tell me what I missed or what I got wrong for the decision to go so far against me?

Game 3: "you suck" Right at the end, in all chat, talking to the enemy team. Unsportsmanlike.
Game 4: "I am too high for this." I don't mind weed and I don't mind alcohol. I mind high and drunk people coming on to play and screwing up repeatedly because they can't react as quickly as people without dampened reflexes.

Nope. She did much worse than he did, but that's no reason to call her a noob. Build up your team, don't tear them down.
Game 2: Katarina [All] [00:00:42] noob team
42 seconds in and she's berating her team. This continues throughout the match. Also, there was a conflict in mid - even if she called it first, sportsmanlike conduct would state that she at least make an offer to change to another lane. I don't get that here.



All of my decisions were made following the Golden Rule - "Don't Be A Jerk". I determined that these people were all jerks, and I wouldn't want to play with them. Can anyone explain why they all got such high pardon marks?

It's funny how all those trolls and ragers come here to complain about us being insta punishers, but in my experience the great majority of wrongly judged cases are pardons. I would say that in between 80-85% of my missed cases I voted punish and in 70-75% the offense was absolutely obvious.

The only answer that I can find are trolls that come to insta pardon all cases and end up affecting some.

Aparently some judges only look at the first game of the case.

I can tell you right now that in an ideal world you're getting more inaccuracies because the tribunal judges are getting more discerning. for one thing, I can tell you unless I see something blatant like 0/29/0 I will never punish an "intentional feeding report" without strong evidence. You can't judge in-game actions from a chat screen and post-game stat sheet, its simply idiotic. "unskilled player" is something that straight up shouldn't be reportable for a punishment, its a dumb and easily exploited identifier. Certain phrases a-la hoe, bro, etc can be controversial but if in the spirit of the game and not directly intended to cause harm are perfectly OK.

Ironically enough your highly judgmental attitude breaks your own golden rule of dont be a jerk, if you're going to nitpick apart individual lines or pairs of statements as a suitable ground to judge an individual's overall league presence you're practicing the logical fallacies of generalization and over simplification.

I lost 1.5% accuracy in 3 days because of some mass Pardons going on in the tribunal. Every single case was guilty and every single case said I was in the minority or very few. This is very disturbing.

I think the kickback from Iwilldominates banning is having a very adverse affect on the tribunal right now. I was on a streak of 40 then when he was banned almost immediatly I started missing cases left and right. There is some serious bs going down in the tribunal with these Instant Pardoners. I hope riot bans them all because a false pardon hurts good reporters!

Keep voting punish on ones you think should be punished, it sucks when these go through, but it's the most we can do.

I have a solution but a RED needs to read and address this NOW. Immediatly the top 1000 judges need to be the ONLY ones allowed to judge cases! This is the only way to stop these pardon trolls from ruining the tribunal! Who is with me?
