Is it just me or is Nami's voice really soft?

Like I was standing next to an Urgot and his voice boomed while I struggled to even hear Nami's.

This must get at least some attention, I mean Ursula might have stolen Nami's voice!

We need to act quickly before she turns to foam.

Urgots voice is ungoldy loud, I think its buggy
