Wow, Ninja bump.

Also, AP Eve is orders of magnitudes better. Q is your best damage option, R scales off of AP.

Eve is also one of the most portable characters in the game.

The only reason AD isn't a popular build is because she's not a common jungler anymore and she's got mostly bad pairings in top lane. I mean, almost anyone with a gap closer can trade better than she can.

And sometimes its fun to first pick Eve for jungle to bait out a counter pick in mid.

I prefer AP Eve.

All her skills scale off AP (except W)
Lich Bane allows for INSANE burst damage and great roaming overall
The spammability makes it so that items like Lich Bane and Rylai really benefit her
She also gets to start snowballing earlier
And the only motivation is really her mobility and the fact that her E scales off AD and gives attackspeed bonus but... Meh

I prefer a mixed Eve in the jungle.

Boots of choice

Triforce
Gunblade
(Don't rush either, they also make up your core).
Abyssal

The rest is situational, IE and Deathcap are both good, don't do DFG, Guinsoo's is good.
