Riot doesn't care about Eve, they just passively help her out once a year.

Its okay, maining eve for near 2 years now I'm used to it. You will get used to it, too.

They did do a good job with the new Eve rework, though. Props.

in other words, they're not releasing it until it coincides with another champion release who is tied to it as well. :P
