So I tried buying it from the shop AND the skin select page but it's not going through; I don't own it yet my IP and RP do register the purchase. Hope this issue gets fixed :/

Yup store is bugged for me as well

Store is bugged out for everyone, if you buy you lose money but you don't get the skin.

Art:

Mask: Golden Mask (Looks like a mask not like a face)
Hair: Big and purple (wild) hair
Chest: You can`t see human skin
Sleeves: Red

Ingame:

Mask: Face of a old guy / flesh color ... ugly
Hair: Black and Boring should be more like sonic or uvo from hunter x
Chest: You can see human skin...shaco is fear itself not human atleast we shouldnt know if he rly is human
Sleeves: Black

How to fix it:

Mask: More edges (it should look like a mask not a face)
Change color into gold (again it should not look like a human face)
Hair: Increase the amount of hair + length + haircut similar to sonic the hedgehog

Chest: Remove the human skin add some cloth texture what ever

Sleeves: Change color into red (Shaco is a colorful hero ... )

The problem with what you're proposing here is that you either don't know that this Shaco skin is based on Korean Folk Lore or simply don't want it that way. Everything that is shown is actually trying to stay in traditional Korean style, from the colors of the masks and even the outfits.

What you want added in would basically make Korean Folk Lore look like a bad anime series. (I love anime, but this would be like making a Cowboy Bepop remake done by Michael Bay, all flash no substance.)

Personally I love how Riot is trying to keep it as described/seen in the folk lore.

Just my two-cents. Also you should rename it from "How to fix it" to "How I want it to be" or "How I think it should be" because they are doing a good job of making this skin on their own.

Agreed wholeheartedly, but the skin is meh compared to the splash. If the hair just had more volume that would fix a lot. I'm not personally familiar with the reference material they're making this skin from, but if they don't change the mask I personally won't be buying it regardless of what influenced their decision.

Yesterday I bought the skin but the purchase wouldn't go through.

Basically buy it, go to any other screen then return to skins and he's still there for purchase and not owned.

Hopefully it has gotten fixed during maintenance.
