Ragner creates a demonic ritual in a targeted area, after a 2 second delay applies Detention to all enemy units in the radius or who walks towards the radius dealing 80/110/140/180/210 (+0.6) magic damage per second and snaring them for 1/1.20/1.50/1.90/2 second(s).
The effect during the delay is not visible to enemy units.

W: Monstrosity - Ragner empowers him self with such hellish force that his attacks ravage his enemies with fiery strikes. When activating Monstrosity increases Ragner's movement speed for a short amount of time during activation.
Passive: Ragner's basic attacks deal splash magic damage to all enemies in front of him for 30/40/50/60/70 (+0.50) magic damage.
Active: Ragner's movement speed is increased by 25% for 1.50/1.90/2/2.50/2.90 seconds.

E: Bone Armor - Ragner arms him self with more bones also increasing his armor, which he can detonate and deal damage to enemies nearby.
Ragner is armed with more bones all over his torso, shoulders, head to feet. Each level gives Ragner 2/3/4/5/6 charges of Bone Armor the more the stack the more Ragner's gains armor each stack gives 2%/2.80%/3.50%/4.80%/5% bonus armor, though detonating this ability loses the bonus armor it gives. When detonating Bone Armor Ragner showers the area around him with shattering bones dealing 60/80/90/100/110 (+0.9) magic damage.
R: The Jawbone / Desolate - Ragner uses brute force of power focused on the demon named Nysrogh's weapon. When Ragner strikes an enemy unit while The Jawbone is active it deals a devastating amount of damage and will toggle into Desolate activating this ability scars the ground stunning and dealing damage to enemies in front of the enemy affected by Desolate in a straight line.
Active: Ragner is charged with destructive might and can strike a strong amount of damage to the targeted enemy champion dealing 250/350/450 (+1) mixed damage.
Toggle: Ragner's target is marked for eradication, when toggled a scar is drawn to the ground from where the affected champion is faced stunning and dealing damage to enemy allies in front of him in a straight line. Desolate deals 60/80/100 (+0.6) magic damage and stunning them for 1 second.
