Have a question that may have been answered already, but if it has I can't find any information on it: are "extra-planar" characters permitted ? (i.e. a character that originates from a different 'universe' but got summoned here by one way or another. He's not too powerful (can at best survive against a T4 if lucky.).)

Also, a newcomer to RP, but a long time observer of this section of the forums, nice to meet you!

What do you mean? a Zerg from Starcraft that were summoned by a curious summoner (something like a crossover)? or An OC that comes from other planet invented by you?...

Is there a guide to RP Combat? I was considering writing something up if nobody else has yet. Something to help new players. Or old players who've never been in RP combat.
