Morello, I know this is a tad late but as someone who plays Diana quite a bit just wanted to throw my opinion out there (no gold+ elo here, but still have played Diana a lot ever since she came out). I think nerfs were well deserved however it always feels VERY bad to have EVERY SINGLE skill nerfed in one sweep. Between nerfing damage and utility it feels like a heavy hit.
Ever since the beginning I thought the one thing that has needed hit has been her cooldowns (on her ult specifically) A 10 second cd ult doesn't even force you to think very hard about hitting a q or just popping. No decision making really: if you can hit a q fine, if not you'll have your ult back up in 10 secs so why not... So my big concern is why are you nerfing the things that make Diana Diana (her heavy hitting q and passive, her circular pull in, her shield) and not hitting the things that keep her from being the Diana she should be, a heavy hitter with a chance to insta-nuke but if you mess up you pay the price. Add gameplay, don't remove power. MORELLO PLSSSSSSSS.
