This is stupid. Singed has been my favorite champion for the past 20 levels. I am level 30, and i play singed on any map. I should stop just because you can't counter certain champions?

u say counter as in getting circled by some one at 600 movement speed with 1st pair of boots, can slow u, if u do get away get flung back by 650 damage with a rod of ages, all while taking constant hits and just eating it like a tank, yea "counter" that.
singed, and teemo were not made for tt, so ether 3v3 draft pick(unranked) or make side nurfs to teemo and darius.
split build champs. TT teemo is different from SR teemo, etc.

While an individual singed shouldn't be bannable, but if a team goes darius, teemo, singed. THAT should be tribunal worthy.

Yeah...your numbers are waaaaay off. At max rank of his flip, it would deal 300(+1*AP) damage. A fully-stacked RoA gives you 80 AP, so that's 380 damage.
