the icons can take a while to be added to your account sometimes. The one you're looking for should be a turret wrapped up in christmas lights if I'm not mistaken.

It's the Reindeer Urf because I bought a skin for him... it's been about 30 minutes, and I still do not have it.

so, just give I'd give it a few days and if no go, submit a ticket.

Yea...I've been waiting for my 5-man premade icon to show up. Its been 5 days now and they all got theirs instantly =/
