There was a post taking votes about what sort of special sails event people wanted to do on the forms a while ago this option must have gotten the most votes. I'm happy about this because I didn't start playing till some of these skins that I really wanted had already been placed into the vault.

"Hey guys, these skins are available for a limited time, so buy them NOW!" - Riot a while ago (btw, wording the posts so as to make people believe they would NOT be purchasable again)

"Hey guys now you can buy these again for a little while!" - Riot now

...

Just sounds like one of those "get them while you can" tricks to get money, when they really aren't available for a limited time at all

are the regular sales going to continue at some point? This sale lasts around two weeks and I'm hoping normal champion/skin sales will also occur.

Kitty Katarina was LIMITED which is why it is not on the list, all these skins were legacy so they were always meant to be resold. Another limited would be the Season 2 championship Riven Skin that people only had a couple days to purchase. That skin will never be sold again.
