So i bought one of those 25 dollar Visa Debit Gift Cards so i can buy RP. My last purchase was december 15th. I buy these cards usually weekly so i can buy champions, skins, etc. Well today i go to buy points and it says I can no longer do that today and have to wait 24 before making another purchase. So i did some research and asked a few friends and they said you can only purchase RP 3 times a day (need proof on that) but i look at my RP history and my last purchase was on the 15th. So i'm stumped here. I put in a Support ticket but that was 8 hours ago. Anyone else receiving this error or know a way to stop it?

Anyone? I'm seeing a lot of unanswered forum posts here....Do they even check it anymore?

My friend just tried to use his debit card on his account and it did the same thing. Same error and everything.

You're best off sending a request to player support to sort this out.

Unfortunately we've had an unusually high ticket volume recently so responses have been a bit slower than what our players are accustomed to (We're working on that as hard as we can by the way!).

Unfortunately I can't go into specifics as to the cause of this error (as is the same with most issues that require billing information), but the basic concept is that this is an issue between our systems and your bank. We've found that waiting a few days (about 5 days) to attempt another purchase will resolve these issues.

Alternatively, you can look at other payment methods such as PayPal as they use a slightly different system and should bypass these errors entirely

Well i would understand that if this was an actual debit card...but it's a gift card. That i just pick up, load money on, and come on here and spend haha.

I called the card Support line and they said it has to be your bank or w/e because they aren't even seeing attempted uses. It just says that i loaded money on it. I've used these cards numerous times before so i do not know what the problem is now.

Just double checking but you registered the card so you can use it online right?
