Chaox himself used primarily Mid Talon to get both his main AND a smurf to Rank 1 and 2 of Solo Queue.
Yeah, Talon's not free ELO. Not at all.

I think Riot should stop with the balancing that THEY want and go with the majority of the fanbase to also have a say if that champion should get a nerf or not. The balancing has never been ultimately fair to us.
