Oh I agree I play Kat and destroy bruisers and sometimes with Talon too I'm saying that it's harder for some that have those high CD's because of the lack of CDR variety. An example would be Talon, if I wanted to build CDR on him what would I choose? I would be stuck building, this is without CDR from masteries and runes BTW, Ionian boots and Black Cleaver. Yes its not bad but thats litterly the only thing I can build for CDR that makes sense Zephyr really doesnt make sense and Youmuu's is............ok I guess I'm saying theres a lack of variety for some people on Dominion its getting better for sure they have come along way
