I open the shop and it drops to 20.

I'll have 60 fps nomatter what happens, highest settings, lowest settings, graves' smokescreen... always 60 fps

but with the new shop, anytime I open it I drop to 20 fps and then go to 40ish until I close it.

Happens to me as well, but only at the start of the game.

Opening up the shop makes my game go to a complete stand still for a second or two.
