So I looked through the first few pages of bugs and did not see anything with Jarvan in it, so I will go ahead and give this a shot.

I have been playing high elo ranked matches with J4 and consistently my EQ combo has been failing since the S3 patches. I thought it was me until I heard other people complaining and I saw this video on Reddit. I will post the video at the bottom of this.

Another bug with J4, consistently his ult deals 0 damage.. sucks cause its game breaking when you go in and can't chunk the person you are going for =/

I hope you guys can fix these, I love J4 but not being able to EQ to escape a gank or using an ult to secure a kill or win a team fight is making J4 almost unplayable at this time in high ELO. Just want mechanics to be working as intended =/

EDIT: Someone in the Reddit community tried to bring it to a Red's attention (This was 3 months ago) on the EU LoL forums. Riot Zenon finally responded with "There are european, north-american and korean pro-players, who play jarvan very successfully in the Jungle and/or on the toplane. His Ultimate is very powerful. Our liveteam looks very closely to the statistics to recognize how good/balanced a champion really is. If Jarvan needs help we would have fixed him a long time ago."

Let me explain to you j4's ultimate when he casts the wall is made of minions by pressing r j4 instantly kills the minions. As you know in this game minions block passages hidering or slowing enemy champions. Therefore if j4's ultimate is made of a wall of minions the enemy can simply walk past it with phantom dancer or any abilities or summoner spells that "ignore enemy collision" thats not a bug its just how the spell works.
