For me, its Xerath.

The massive range and sustained AOE damage give the feel of taking on the enemy team with my allies just being distractions.

(And he murders bruisers. I hate me some bruisers.)

Even if he falls behind, his range and great lategame scaling mean I never feel useless playing Xerath.
