Well if this idea did come to pass, I'm guessing that they could make a special submission section on the website, one that only lvl 30 accounts can access.

Can you add in a clause that says no copyright infringement? Inspirations are cool, but you don't want plagiarism (either in artwork or IP theft of characters in perhaps lesser known works).

So you want me to add in a rule that you cannot directly take a character from another fiction source that belongs to someone else and turn it into a champion? Sure I can do that.
