Passive: Corazon del Burro
If Pedro’s movespeed is lowered, his attack damage is increased by the % of Pedro’s movespeed reduction. If Pedro’s attack damage is lowered, his movespeed is increased by the % of Pedro’s attack damage reduction.
Q: Taco Picante
Active: Skillshot. Deals 20/50/75 damage plus 50% attack damage. Inflicts the hit target with Heartburn which burns the enemy for 5 seconds dealing an additional 20% of attack damage per second (stacks twice).
Passive: Every 3rd auto-attack deals Heartburn to the enemy.
Cooldown: 10/7/5 seconds
W: Carge de Burro
Pedro dashes to an area, knocking back monsters and minions. If he hits an enemy champion, Pedro’s dash ends. Deals no damage.
Cooldown: 25/20/15 seconds
E: Toro
Pedro reverses any incoming enemy ability back at the enemy champion. Skillshots are reflected in a straight line from Pedro’s position and hit the next possible target (including minions and champions from either team), and deals 100% of the normal damage Pedro would take. Targeted abilities automatically hit the enemy that casted the spell and deal 75% of the normal damage Pedro would take.
Cooldown: 20/15/10 seconds
R: Montezuma’s Revenge
Surrounding enemy champions are inflicted with Montezuma’s Revenge, reducing Attack Speed by 10/17/25% and Movement Speed by 20/30/40%. CC effects on afflicted champions are increased by 25/60/100%. Montezuma’s Revenge lasts for 5/6/7 seconds.
Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds
Pedro rides his donkey, Paco, and throws tacos at enemy champions. I see him being a low-range Bruiser.
