I assume that Baron is genderless, considering that he, as well as every monster in the Fields of Justice are constructs created by novice summoners.

The construct Nashor is genderless most likely... but what about the real Nashor?
Worms IRL are hermaphrodites (most of them) so most likely same goes for Nashy.
