Just popping in with a question since I've seen this thread around for a bit. The dxdiag checks hardware and software right? Likely to be some other problem, but updating your graphics card driver to the latest might help. Unless this was suggested earlier and didn't work.

already tried that, it didnt work, and its been a mont with this issue and still NO FIX????

Try doing so

Check and make sure windows update is on and drivers for video card.
Uninstall and Reinstall the Client.
try the under video option changing the quality of map texture
Try adjusting screen resolution on video option ( either high or low depends on your computer)

If all fails sry i can't help D:
