Mechanical arms... Oh, yeah, the first thing that came to my head when I first saw Vi was Strength from Black Rock Shooter, who came from an OVA and its own anime. You know, the girl in the black hoodie, tail, black clothes, white hair and orange eyes AND two huge mechanical arms? Mhm. Here's a few samples of her.

So why not have a skin of her for a reference towards Black Rock Shooter?
Possible skin names: Strength Vi, Strengthened Vi, Vi of Strength... or Hoodie Vi, Punk Vi... Can't really make a good name for the skin but, hey, you get my idea. Any chance to take up the idea? You already got Sona for Miku, why not Strength too. :3
