Top - Ignite & Flash/Ghost
Mid - Teleport / (Ignite if a Nuker) & Flash
Jungle - Smite & Flash/Ghost
Support - Exhaust & Flash
Carry - Cleanse/Ignite & Flash

Seems like this is what the game is evolving into.
Exhaust is too effective on Supports though imo, I feel like their should be more variety
like: Exhaust/Heal/CV

What's your point? I don't see anything different from the norm, other than TP on mid lane?

Is taking Teleport mid odd? I've been doing that since I started playing. I don't always take it. But I find it useful.

The only change in summoner spells I've noticed is that I see ADC taking Cleanse more often than I did before.

I would say it's more useful to take teleport if you're solo top because:

(a) you're solo-ing the lane, so nobody can cover when you leave.
(b) It's a much longer walk than mid: if you need to desperately go b, you need teleport so that your opponent doesn't push down your turret.

Teleport isn't as useful mid, imo. If you're playing an AP caster you need ignite to finish off that 40 health they got away with, because your burst is never enough to 100-0 someone that early on: only if you're playing LeBlanc and your opponent is bad.
