Pretty sure that has all the same problems as either Bloodthirster and old Warmog's, depending on whether stacks are lost on death, which is why it's probably not coming here.

Doesn't say stacks are lost on death so it could work here. At least make a Dom specific version.

There's no reason for this item in Dominion.

You guys realise that one of the main reasons this item even exists is so that Ap casters in mid (possibly top) can open cloth armor vs ad bruisers, which isn't even relevant in Dominion.

Besides, gold income is so smooth 720 gold for chain vest is beyond fine.

I'd like it. Zhonyas is gettin in the recipe for chain vest, which could be sweet in wooglets. It would be a good starting item against an ad bot kinda like how they have the lantern

I'm personally more in favor of giving Dom/TT an equivalent for Dominion--much akin to Odyn's Veil.

Builds into Wooglet's Witchcap (replacing a blasting wand and chain vest, possibly giving it 110 AP to match with the Zhonya's changes, and the invincibility active is now of the "Bounce" family [to discourage champions who would get Witchcap from getting Hide]) or Vilemaw's Hide.

The price is meant to ensure that you either have to spec into the Utility tree or risk a wait behind in order to reach Windmill with this item.

This is a Thornmail replacement (also for TT) and a tanky AP initiator item. It is meant to provide the heavy armor and reflection effect of Thornmail (you can get the armor items for the early-game armor power Thornmail provides), but also adds some Mpen (to encourage tanks to get it over AP carries, who prefer Witchcap.)
