Her early game is way too strong. I don't have much problem with her late, unless she gets hella fed, which she always does. She needs to be toned down BAD.

Make Black Cleaver melee only -- you'll see her a lot less.

I don't see Black Cleaver as the problem, just her insanely high base health and damage.

Not bad, but he can't do any damage with manamune, unless you are fighting a low hp champ, but right now really few items work in Urgot and if you compare it with MF, she beats him in any level or time of the game.
